The terms and conditions in the documents published on this website apply to you only if you have a written agreement with ADP that specifically references them. If you do not have such an agreement, these terms and conditions do not apply to you. ADP may update these terms and conditions over time. However, the terms and conditions applicable to you will be those that are published as of the effective date of your agreement with ADP. If you need a copy of a specific version, please reach out to your ADP account executive or representative. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and your written agreement with ADP, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail.
